It’s not necessarily in the fitness realm but there is some promising news about a cancer drug coming out of England. Scientists at Bradford University have harnessed the cancer fighting properties of the crocus and developed a targeted “smart bomb” that destroys cancerous tumors and not the healthy tissue. You can read more on the findings here. All of us have been touched by cancer in some way or another and I like what I see from this one!
